Roald Dahl, 100 Years (3rd &4th grades)

This year the world is celebrating 100 years since the birth of Roald Dahl, one of the greatest storytellers for children of the 20th century.

Some of his famous books are: Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, James and the Giant Peach, The Witches, The BFG, Matilda...

During two weeks we did different activities to know more about him, students searched some facts about the writer in the English sessions, 3rd and 4th graders watched Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. We also saw some videos to know about Quentin Blake, the illustrator of his books, and we tried to draw and paint as him.

“A little magic can take you a long way.”  Roald Dahl
